Zeply.com is an operation which comes under the umbrella of ‘cryptocurrency exchange’, although there are many more strings to this operator’s bow.
Reviewing a recently-launched business can be challenging, but our Zeply review was an easy and pleasurable process.
For a crypto exchange to confine itself to just one cryptocurrency is unusual to say the least, but for Zeply, it is a justified decision to specialise in the most-traded crypto.
If we now have the attention of Bitcoin fans, then read on; you are sure to like what we found out for you.

Zeply has opted to specialise in providing services for the Bitcoin market, a logical decision based on the fact that it is the world’s most popular cryptocurrency. Our Zeply review shows that using simple and intuitive interfaces, you can buy, send, receive and exchange Bitcoin. Zeply describes its services as ‘instant’ and all types of transaction are complete in just a few seconds.
During our Zeply review we discovered that all of these services are free of charge to use, except for the exchange option. You have the choice of three major currencies GBP, USD or EUR to exchange for Bitcoin, or vice-versa. No fees are applied, but the cost of the currency exchange is deducted from the amount you receive. Zeply also offers the option to generate multiple Bitcoin wallets (which it calls addresses) within your account.
We are sure that you will find Zeply’s website as fast and functional as we did. Better still, it has a very clear layout with no annoying or intrusive features. We particularly liked the ‘BTC Live Price’ feature on the Home page which updates every 15 seconds. You can also use it interactively to calculate how much Bitcoin you can buy for a specified amount of fiat currency.
All of Zeply’s Bitcoin services are not just very fast; they are also heavy on security features, which we checked out during our Zeply review. When you use your credit or debit card, transactions are protected by ‘SecureCode’ for MasterCard or ‘Verified by Visa’ protocols. For the transmission of sensitive personal data and all financial transactions, Zeply requires 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication), deploying session-based symmetric keys and 256-bit encryption.
You can sign up for a Zeply account in minutes and we tested that out as a part of our Zeply review. There are just four steps needed to complete the registration process itself, plus a mandatory KYC declaration.
We were also very impressed with how Zeply makes use of the modern trend of taking a selfie. All you have to do is upload a single photo showing your face and supporting documents for Zeply to verify and your account will be ready to use in just a few minutes.
You are unlikely to find anything too challenging about signing up, but if you need help, our Zeply review located numerous step-by-step guides available in the FAQ section, or you can click on the instant chat icon at any time for some personal advice.
All of the Bitcoin services Zeply offers are currently available in the format of browser-based web applications which are accessed via the website. Although there is nothing especially challenging about using them, Zeply has prepared a whole set of guides as well.
If you go to the FAQ section, then you will find an entire library of printable documents covering every aspect of Zeply’s services. For a quick overview, there is an animated run through of the main services, which you will find under the Features tab. For even more detail, head to YouTube and take a look at the ‘How To’ videos available there. We took a peek during our Zeply review and they offer a lot of info in less than two minutes.
The only small negative we found during our Zeply review is the fact that the operator currently has no options for using its services securely from a mobile device.
Because we are fully aware that this is a problem for some clients, we pursued this subject with the customer service section during our Zeply review. The response we received confirms that dedicated apps for both Android and iOS are under development currently. Unfortunately, there is no firm launch date available, but we were assured that there will be announcements made via social media nearer the time.
This section of our Zeply review came as a huge surprise. We won’t keep the good news to ourselves either, almost all of Zeply’s Bitcoin services are available for you to use absolutely free of charge. Take a look at the full break down below:
Buy Bitcoin
Send Bitcoin
Receive Bitcoin
Exchange Bitcoin
Our Zeply review highlighted a few very minor prerequisites to fulfil before you start using the services:
If you intend to buy Bitcoin, you can only complete transactions using MasterCard or Visa, both credit and debit cards are accepted. Your chosen card must be pre-registered with Zeply before you use the ‘Buy Bitcoin’ option. We recommend doing this in advance to avoid inconvenience at a critical moment.
You will need to create a Bitcoin ‘address’ on your Zeply account before you can send or receive Bitcoin. An address is fundamentally a crypto wallet, where your Bitcoin is stored and you can add multiple instances to your account if you want.
Lastly, our Zeply review revealed that you must add your choice of fiat currency before you attempt to exchange Bitcoin. At the present time, Zeply has three currency options available; USD, EUR or GBP.
With a single click on the black chat icon at the bottom right of every web page, you can be connected to one of Zeply’s knowledgeable and friendly customer service advisors within seconds. Customer support via live chat is open for clients 24/7 and does not involve any prolonged interaction with a chatbot either. As soon as you have entered your first name, email address and preferred language, you are immediately connected to a ‘real’ person.
As well as English, there are a number of European language options available, including some East European variations. Our Zeply review included testing the live chat support at different times and we found it exactly as it is portrayed on the website – very fast and very efficient.
Zeply can be contacted in other ways as well. You could use the contact form provided on the website under the Support tab, or you can send an email if preferred. Zeply does make it clear that whilst its customer service personnel are always available to respond via the live chat facility, it may take much longer to respond to other types of communication.
Lastly, you can also ask Zeply general questions about its services via its social media accounts, but does state that it cannot respond to queries relating to individual accounts through those channels.
Are you wondering “is Zeply safe?” Well, we are happy to reassure you on that score. Our Zeply review has established that Zeply.com is a fully-licensed operator and has performed faultlessly under regulation.
Zeply has a land-based presence in Estonia, located in the city of Tallinn. Its premises there hold the business registration number 14729204. It is licensed by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) with the Licence Number FVT000128, which we have confirmed is current during our Zeply review.
Under this licence, Zeply is not permitted to provide financial advice or give you any recommendations. However, it is able to provide all services connected with the exchange, transfer and transmission of all currencies, including cryptocurrencies.
Zeply has been rather busy making its presence felt online by making good use of its various social media accounts. You can follow Zeply on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram to keep up with what is happening in the business as well as the world of Bitcoin in general.
On that note, you might also want to check out Zeply’s News section for any updates on Bitcoin as well as some interesting blog articles. If you are still a newbie in the world of crypto, then our Zeply review suggests that the walkthrough guides in the Learn section will be right up your street. Lastly, if you want to see Zeply’s services described in a video format, then you can subscribe to the operator’s YouTube channel.
Finally, we just wanted to clarify one particularly unique service we looked at during our Zeply review. We are referring here to something the operator refers to as ‘Bitcoin addresses’. Fundamentally, these are cryptocurrency wallets where you can store your Bitcoin securely until you are ready to either exchange it or send it. The fact that you can add multiple address instances to your Zeply account is a feature you might find very useful.
Zeply.com is unique in being the only licensed cryptocurrency exchange to provide so many services, the majority of which are free of charge. There is nothing slow where processing is concerned either; most transactions are completed in ten seconds or less.
Three of Zeply’s prime services enable you to buy, send and receive Bitcoin completely free of charge. Transactions are subject to minimum values of only €/£/$25 if you buy Bitcoin and just €/£/$10 when you send Bitcoin.
Exchanging Bitcoin to EUR, USD or GBP has a minimum transaction amount of €/£/$15. There are no fees for using the exchange service; all you will pay is the standard cost of currency exchange. You can also store your Bitcoin securely on Zeply’s platform in multiple wallets.
We examined Zeply’s ‘Terms of Use’ documentation carefully and we are pleased to report that there are no hidden terms and conditions for you to worry about. Most of the documentation confirms the legal terms related to Zeply’s services and warns that you must not use the platform for any illegal activity such as money laundering.
The only information that is important for you to be aware of is related to your account password. When your Zeply account is open and goes live, you are automatically allocated a temporary password to access it. The emphasis here is on temporary, you must change the temporary password to one of your own choice. It must be unique and used only for the Zeply platform.
It only takes a matter of minutes to open an account with Zeply. There is a straightforward four-step process to follow: 1. Provide you personal details using the online form. 2. Register the Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card you will use to buy Bitcoin. 3. Upload your personal ID and proof of address documents. 4. Take a selfie holding the documents you used to complete step 3. Once that part is completed, you only need to make a mandatory KYC declaration and your account should be ready to use.
Although Zeply.com is a relatively new operation, it is already clear to see that an astute business brain is behind it. We have not encountered any other licensed crypto exchange operation which offers the same level of services and at such low cost. We also found every aspect of the Zeply operation easy to use, secure and thoroughly documented.
Zeply is already planning for the future. There will be even more Bitcoin services added to the platform soon, along with dedicated mobile apps for both Android and iOS devices, which are being launched in the coming months. So far, Zeply is doing a fantastic job with its highly-rated services and we are sure it is destined for a great future.
Starting a business in a niche gap in an already overcrowded market is a very brave undertaking. Particularly so when going the route of being fully legitimate in the process; but those are just two of the things Zeply has achieved so far.
Add to that a range of services that to the best of our knowledge are not provided by any other licensed operator and you are somewhere close to seeing the true value of using Zeply for your Bitcoin transactions.
In the short-term, there is only one issue that is holding Zeply back a little and that is its current lack of mobile apps. We really hope Zeply’s confirmation of availability in the next few months comes to fruition, at which point we see nothing else that will limit their future expansion.
It is not recommended to access any online financial services or try crypto trading with your mobile browser as this could compromise the security of your account. Zeply’s dedicated mobile apps are currently being developed and will be available to use soon. Keep checking our Zeply review for updates here at TradersBest.com.
It is always wise to question the legitimacy of any business that you are planning to entrust with your money. You can read our in-depth Zeply review, as well as many other guides, here at TradersBest.com.
